How do I delete my photos, my twin or my account?

Delete your results and selfies

1. Open Me in the app.
2. Under Your data, tap Delete all my results.
3. Every photo, video and uploaded selfie is removed. Your account and credits stay.

Delete an AI twin

Open the Twins tab and delete the twin. The trained model and the selfies it was trained on are removed.

Delete the whole account

In Me, tap Delete account and confirm with your password. If you signed in with Google, we email you a confirmation link instead.

This removes the account, every file, every twin and the remaining credits, with no refund.

What happens without you asking

• Uploaded selfies and twin models are deleted 90 days after their last use.
• Results are kept until you delete them, 12 months at most.
• Selfies live in a private storage with no public link, and AI providers only receive them for the time of a generation.
