Billing and credits
- How do I cancel my subscription?Open Me in the app, then Manage my plan. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you already paid, and you can undo it until then.
- Can I get a refund?Not for credits you bought: they are a digital service delivered immediately, and you waive the 14-day withdrawal right at checkout. Credits of a failed generation come back on their own.
- How do credits work?Each card shows its price in credits before you run it. You buy credits in packs or get them every month with a plan, and they are only spent when a result is delivered.
- Is Doppelshot free?You can try it for free: every new account gets one free preview photo, with no card. The image tools on this site are free with no account at all.
Account and data
- How do I delete my photos, my twin or my account?Everything is in the app: Me deletes your results and selfies or the whole account, and the Twins tab deletes a twin. Your selfies are never used to train any model.
- Can I use my results commercially or post them on social media?Yes. Every paid result comes with a commercial license and no watermark: you can post it, sell it, print it or use it in ads. The free preview is for personal use only.
Getting great results
- What photos should I use to train my AI twin?Upload 10 to 20 recent photos of only you, with your face clear and lit by daylight, from different angles and in different places. Variety makes a twin that looks like you in any scene.
- How do I make AI couple photos?Start from one photo where you both appear, faces clear. Photo cards work with couples and groups, and the Couples polaroid pack makes ten instant-style memories of you two.
- Which AI models does Doppelshot use?Each card runs on the model that does it best, so you do not have to choose: Google Nano Banana and OpenAI GPT Image for photos, Ideogram for posters with text, Kling, Veo and Hailuo for video, ElevenLabs for voices and music.
