How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Me in the app, then Manage my plan. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you already paid, and you can undo it until then.
Cancel in the app
- Sign in at app.doppelshot.com and open the Me tab.
- Tap Manage my plan (change, cancel, card, invoices). The secure Stripe billing page opens.
- Choose Cancel plan and confirm. You get an email from Stripe.
What happens next
- Your plan keeps working until the end of the current month: you can still use its credits and twin trainings.
- No new charge is made. The current month is not refunded, as you accepted at checkout.
- Changed your mind? Tap Keep my plan in Me before the end date and nothing changes.
- Credits from packs you bought separately are not touched: they stay valid for 12 months from purchase.
Change the card or download an invoice
The same Manage my plan page lets you switch between Creator and Studio, update the card and download every invoice. Prices include VAT.
