Can I get a refund?
Not for credits you bought: they are a digital service delivered immediately, and you waive the 14-day withdrawal right at checkout. Credits of a failed generation come back on their own.
When your credits come back automatically
- A generation that fails on our side, with nothing delivered: the credits return within about a minute.
- A request refused by the safety filter (for example nudity, minors, violence or a real public figure): the credits return too. Repeated attempts break the terms and can close the account.
- A failed video is made again for free, or its credits come back.
When they do not
A result you simply do not like is not a failure: the AI made what your words and your photo asked for, and those credits are spent. Change the words, the photo or the card and run it again.
Deleting your account removes the remaining credits, with no refund.

If credits went missing or a result is clearly broken, write to [email protected] with the link of the result. We look at every message; the legal guarantee of conformity always applies.
